You’ve probably heard it a million times — The only way to truly deal with grief is to go THROUGH it. When you’re in the midst of grief, though, it can be really hard to know how to do that.

  • Are you looking for realistic but healthy and positive ways to move forward with your life after loss?

I created the T.R.U.S.T. coaching program after dealing with my own experiences with grief losing siblings, parents, and my 10 year-old daughter. Having been an educator for 20 years, I turned my grief into a passion to help others with their own grieving.

I’m a Certified Grief Educator who has studied with renowned grief experts, but more importantly — I’ve been there. I know that grief sucks, but I firmly believe your life doesn’t have to. I would be honored to help you crawl out from under the covers of grief and to face life again with hope and purpose.

what is the T.R.U.S.T. method?

Each letter in T.R.U.S.T. represents an aspect in the journey of healing. We will start out getting to know each other, building trust, and discovering the current state of your functioning and mindset.

During our 12-week coaching package, we will use this framework as a guide for forward movement, exploring topics such as your support system, barriers to healing, patterns of emotions, and what coping strategies work best for you.

We will work together to create goals for your future that involve honoring your loved one, creating meaning from your loss, and moving forward with hope and a plan to live a life of purpose.

Although I use my T.R.U.S.T framework as a guide for our work together, each session is also individualized based on your own specific needs and wants. There is always time for unstructured conversation as needed, and my listening ears are always open.


  • This coaching package is for you if:

    You’re at least 8 weeks out from losing your loved one.

    You’re ready to get “unstuck” and take steps forward in your grief journey.

    You’re ready to find hope.

    You’re looking for a secular program that does not promote focusing on religion, mediums, psychics, or signs.

  • This coaching package is not for you if:

    You’re looking for a “quick fix” or to “get over” your grief.

    You desire a coach that focuses on spiritual or religious guidance. I am happy to work with all faiths, but my coaching is secular.

    You’re unable to function on a basic level (getting out of bed, getting dressed, getting small tasks completed).
