virtual child loss support group

Hosted by brooke from grieving mommy

If you are a grieving parent, you know how important it is to have support. However, it’s insanely frustrating that no one else seems to understand your pain or what you’re going through. Unless you’ve lost a child, you JUST DON’T GET IT.

That’s why I’m so pleased to offer my Child Loss Support Group, where you’ll get to (virtually) meet other parents going through this journey of child loss. This is a very low-key group — we don’t care if you show up in your PJs and your eyes are splotchy. ❤️

The group provides twice-monthly private Zoom meetings (no social media required!). Discussion topics will be provided for each meeting, with time left for free-sharing as needed. I also plan on having guest speakers to help us through the grieving process.

(Sessions are currently held THURSDAYS at 7:00PM EST)

testimonials

  • "Grief can be a very lonely place and quite isolating. Participating in our group has increased the depth of my compassion and has made me more aware of other people’s pain. Brooke is a wonderful facilitator – she leads with her heart. She is warm, empathetic and knowledgeable. She has provided a safe environment for grievers to share, understand and process their feelings. I’m honored to be a part of this support group and would encourage anyone who has lost a child to consider joining one of our group sessions."

  • "Hi Brooke - just wanted to say thanks for welcoming me with open arms last night. I know it was only my first session, but I could feel the support from the community for myself and the support you all have for each other. I am looking forward to getting to know you all more and grow with this group of people. I also look forward to seeing where your coaching takes you. You have a very approachable and encouraging style that I think will make for a fantastic coach."

  • "Brooke’s personality is very comforting and kind. As she has experienced the loss of a child herself Brooke understands our pain. She is supportive, listens carefully as others speak, offers support and allows each person to share honestly. I would highly recommend others to join her group because to me it is a safe place for an hour to be open and hear how others are going through the same issues. I am happy with the group’s dynamic and concern for each other which I credit to Brooke’s leadership."
